1001 POTS Ceramic Exposition Val-David- 30th edition

The place to be for anyone passionate about ceramic arts where everyone can enjoy a wide variety of works by contemporary artists showing a multitude of styles and formats. Indoor & outdoor displays are presented according to themes or the individual craftsman (garden, kitchen, table art, tea, sculpture, jewellry, children’s work, decoration, collectible items etc. Offering multiple opportunities to ceramic lovers, meet & exchange with creators. Everyday a different artisan will present their work. Demonstrations & workshops are very popular as well as, a whimsical throwing competition for the organization Empty Bowls. Empty Bowls is an international project to fight hunger personalized by artists & art organizations on a community level.

Laurentian Ski Museum

Founded in 1982 by a group of ski enthusiasts showing the history of skiing in the Laurentians. The Laurentian Ski Museum not only allows visitors to travel back in time, but also educates them how this great sport has shaped the entire region.

Centre D’exposition de Val-David

Located in the quaint village of Val-David, the Maison du Village houses the Centre D’exposition. This exhibition center hosts numerous temporary exhibitions oriented towards the usual arts (painting, sculpture, photography, engravings, craft work etc). It also holds various conferences, workshops, concerts, guided tours & special events. This non-profit organization has a mission to promote the work of professional artists & artisans living in and around Val-Davis. Free admission.
