Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Accommodation (room only, with spa or with activity)

When You Make Your Reservation

  • A 30% deposit is required to make your reservation.
  • No fee will be charged if the modification and cancellation deadline is respected, i.e. 7 days before your arrival date. If this delay is not respected, the totality of the deposit will be kept.
  • If the cancellation takes place on the day of arrival, the total amount of the first night will be charged.
  • Absences are considered late cancellations, the total amount of the first night will be charged.
  • No refund will be possible.

On the Day of Your Arrival

  • A credit card is required to make a reservation.
  • On the day of your check-in, you will be required to present a credit card and an identification card with a photo. The presentation of this ID is mandatory, otherwise, the room cannot be rented to you.
  • An amount representing the total amount of your reservation as well as a temporary security deposit of $250 will be blocked on your credit card. These blocked funds will be released 72 hours after your departure date.
  • All our prices are subject to change without notice.

Spa à la carte

  • To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit.
  • 50% of this deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment.
  • No refund will be possible if the cancellation occurs 48 hours before your appointment.
  • The total amount of the reservation is due on the day of arrival.
  • Taxes not included.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.
