Join us at our ‘Cabane à Sucre’ Easter Brunch

As history has it, the Cabane à Sucre was a concept first introduced to New France by Swiss and Normand Settlers in the 17th century. Since the British conquest of 1763, the sugar shack has remained the only family-related tradition in the province of Quebec. Today, people from all across the province come together to indulge themselves in this wonderfully sweet tradition every spring.   As such, every year, Auberge and Spa beau Rêves celebrates the coming of spring by hosting a Cabane à Sucre Easter brunch.

On Sunday March 27, 2016 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, our guests will be able to experience this longstanding tradition at Auberge and Spa Beaux Rêves. A savory and classic Cabane à Sucre style brunch will be served and will include the following:

  • Pea soup
  • Egg omelette
  • Maple syrup drizzled over ham, Bacon
  • Home fries
  • Baked beans
  • Baked bread
  • Sugar pie
  • Fresh fruit, cheese
  • Tea, herbal tea, coffee, juice
  • Maple taffy

There’s more! As a guest, you will have the option to choose from three different brunch packages, based on your distinct desires and tastes.

The Classic Cabane à Sucre Brunch – $19.95 per person:

If you already have an overnight stay booked at our auberge and spa at this time, you can simply exchange your breakfast for the Cabane à Sucre Easter brunch for an extra $10.00 per person (taxes and tip not included).

Brunch and the Spa – $49.00 per person:

Enjoy our Cabane à Sucre Easter brunch then unwind with a relaxing soak in our Nordic spa Jacuzzi and the warmth of our sauna. Guests are given access to the Nordic spa for a block of four hours.

Brunch and an Escapade – $109.00 per person:

This package includes not only the Cabane à Sucre Easter brunch but a four hour block at our Nordic spa as well as a 60 minute spa treatment of your choice.  With an exceptional value, this is our most anticipated package for our clients.
