Spa and lodging – Cancellation policy

To confirm a reservation we require a 30% deposit; 50% of this deposit may be reimbursed if cancellation is 7 days prior to reservation date. No reimbursement if cancelled less than 7 days prior to reservation date.

Spa à la carte – Cancellation policy

To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit 50% of this deposit may be reimbursed if cancellation is 48 hours days prior to appointement. No reimbursement if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to appointment.
